Welcome to the Monroe High School Girl's Track and Field program.  Please review the right side of the screen.  Within the navigator menu there is several important and helpful topics.  Also, stay tuned for any important announcements.  We are looking forward to having a successful season.

Spring Tryout Schedule

Monday March 5th:

Sprinters = 100 m / 200 m

Distance = 1600 m

Throwers = 55m / Vertical Jump / Broad Jump / Squat and Bench

Tuesday March 6th:

Sprinters = 400 m

Distance = 800 m

Throwers = TBA (Medicine Ball Throw and Softball Throw)

Team Roster =

1st Round of Cuts will be posted by March 6th

2nd Round = Finalized Team Roster = March 18th

**After 1st Round of Cuts are completed, all the athletes who made the first roster will participate in a two-week practice with the entire team.  After the first scrimmage on March 17th the second round of cuts will take place.  The criteria will be based off of the scrimmage results, practice attendance and practice attitude. **
