Spring Track Information

Spring Registration is open until Feb 21st:

Need to complete:

1.  Sign up / Register Family ID

(Needs to be done each season)

2.  Complete all physical update forms / check physical is good

3.  Complete Team Google Form

4.  Sign up for Team Remind - instructions below

(Currently remind messages are focused on Winter Season)

5.  Check Spring Roster to see if anything is missing

Black = Signed up and Cleared

Red = Signed up

Purple = Family ID not completed but Filled out Google Form

Spring Track Start Dates:

Monday March 14th = 1st day of tryouts

Sprinters = 100m

Mid-Distance = 400m

Distance = 1600m

Throwers = Broad - Vertical Jump / Med Ball Throw / Softball Throw

*Optional = Long Jump = Boys only*

*Optional = High Jump = Girls only*

*Optional = Sprinters = 400m*

Tuesday March 15th = 2nd day of tryouts

Sprinters = 200m

Mid-Distance = 800m

Distance = 800m

Throwers = *Softball Throw - interested from other events*

*Optional = Long Jump = Girls only*

Optional = High Jump = Boys only*

Wednesday March 16th = Make-up Day (if needed) - rosters posted

Thursday March 17th = 1st Day Entire Team
