Family ID/ Registration = Winter Sports - Closes 10/23

Students interested in Winter Track =

1.  Sign up on Family ID / Complete Registration

2.  Be cleared through the nurse = physical approved

3.  Sign up for Team Announcements on Remind - instructions below

4.  Complete Team Google Form

Tryout Dates and Event Details

Monday 11/27 and Wednesday 11/29

Timeframe = 2:30 - 4 p.m.

Monday 11/27 =

Sprinters = 55m and 400m

Mid-Distance = 400m

Distance = 1600m

Throwers = Med Ball Throw / Vertical - Horizontal Jumps

Jumpers = Vertical Jumps

Wednesday 11/29 =

Sprinters = 200m

Mid-Distance = 800m

Distance = 800m

Throwers = TBD

Jumpers = TBD
