All - Team: Sprinters: 300m repeats w/ 150m goal time: Starting at 300m - run at 70% until hit 150m mark and then sprint 100% 150m - to finish line = target goal time discussed Repeat x 6 - rest between each = 4 min Hurdlers: 4 x 60m sprints w/o hurdle - walking rest in-between Hurdle 1/2/5 - x 6 Mid-Distance: **Distance: 3 mile distance run Throwers: Aux Gym space High Jumpers: Aux Gym space **4 days a week core and pushups must be done at least 3 sets of each |

All - Team: Last Meet for majority of Team = Get a PR! Sprinters: Hurdlers: Mid-Distance: **Distance: Easy 3-4 miles w/ 4x100m striders Throwers: High Jumpers: **4 days a week core and pushups must be done at least 3 sets of each |

All-Team: *Only Athletes Moving on to Sectionals* Sprinters: 100m Ladder w/ walking rest Full Starts for each - 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 Repeat x 4 2 lap cool down / stretch Hurdlers: Do half sprinters workout (x2) Then Hurdle 1 and 2 = x 4-6 Mid-Distance: 400m and 800m = see Coach B at practice for instructions Distance: 4 mile run - decrease mile pace each mile Throwers: High Jumpers: **4 days a week core and pushups must be done at least 3 sets of each |
